Great grandma is reasonably well documented, at least from a dates-and-places perspective, but I don't know much about her in actuality. She was born 20 Nov 1875 in Logan County, WV, and dies in 1965 in Sudith, KY uremia (kidney failure), cerebral atrophy (dementia), and arteriosclerosis (heart disease), and is buried in the Smith Cemetery.
Family
The interesting thing about Clearisa is, she is a "Hatfield". I saw that and thought, well that's intersting, I wonder if she's tangentially related to those Hatfields somehow, but because I knew she spent most of her life in Menifee County, I thought that she couldn't really be close to the Hatfields.
If you look at the Census records below, she's in Menifee from 1910 on. But, 1910[1] is well after the feud, and before that she's born and raised in Logan during the height of the feud (she's born November 1875 and the feud took place from 1863 to 1891). The worst of the violence took place around 1888-1891, just as she's entering her teen years.
Also, as I mentioned on Mose's page, Moses and Clearisa had 9 kids, the oldest was a girl, Velva (or Velvie as I always heard her referred to), and the rest were boys. I know I met Velva a couple of times as a kid (she lived until 1993), but I don't recall it, but I don't recall meeting the rest. Note that "Ronald" and "Patty" show up in the census record as Moses' children, but when I talked this with aunt Faye she pointed out that these were Guy Ferrell's kids with Dulea Igo, and when Guy passed in 1943, Dulea struggled to raise them on her own, so Moses and Clearisa took them in, and her recollection was that Moses did adopt them so they could inherit from him, but I haven't verified that with any source documents (though I believe it is correct - and getting adoption records is maybe not even possible).

For Documents and sources for Clearisa (my great grandmother), I have her birth register entry, her death certificate (with birth and death dates as well as parents names) and her obituary, as well as most of the census entries (1890 fire and for some reason she's missing in 1900), and in 1880 she shows up in her parents (Lloyd and Patsy's) hours, so this entry is very solid.

SUDITH, Oct, 8 - Moses S. Ferrell Sr. 88, a retired farmer, died 9 p.m. Sunday at his residence here after a short illnes. A native of West Virginia, be was a member of the Church of Christ.
Clearsia Hatfield Ferrell; a diaughter, Miss Velva Ferrell, Sudith; six sons, Allen, Mason and Charlie Ferrell, Sudith; Garland Ferrell, Paris; Moses Ferrell Jr., Carlise, and Madison Ferrell, Frenchburg; two foster sons, Emerson and Ronnie Ferrell, Sudith; two brothers, Madison ferrell, Ronoake, Va. and Humphrey Ferrell, Hampton, W. OWINGSVILLE — Mrs. Clerisa Hatfield Ferrell, 89, widow of Moses Ferrell, died at 1:05 a.m. today at her home in Sudith, Menifee County, following a long illness.
She was a member of the Missionary Baptist Church.
Survivors are a daughter, Miss Velva Ferrell, Sudith; six sons, Garland Ferrell, Paris; Allen Ferrell, Mason Ferrell, Moses Ferrell, and Charles Ferrell, all of Sudith, and Madison Ferrell, Frenchburg; two foster sons, Emerson Ferrell, Frenchburg, and Ronald Ferrell, Sddith; one sister, Mrs. Mary Ellis, Morehead; 38. grandchildren and 66 great-grandchildren.
The services will be conducted at 2pm. Thursday at Upper Salt Lick Church by the Rev John Williams and the Rev. James Foster. Burial will be in the Smith Cemetery. Grandsons will serve as bearers.
